Outclassed!

More fitness and awareness required
Boro's 15's went to Kettering to play the Double winners on a great day for rugby. Kettering's extra class told early on and tries came frequently as the game headed towards half time. Boro made changes at half time and stemmed the flow with some resolute defence and the occasional attack. It is clear that we need to read the game better, we need to be fitter for next season and we cannot miss tackles even from 90 metres out or sides this good will punish you. Boro never gave up and this was epitomised by the displays from Dom Shaw, Harry Gayton and Morgan Skett. Man of the match was Captain Ben Plowman who continued to take the fight to Kettering until the death....
This week sees us assisting at the Festival before our last game of the season on the 24th which is the the traditional game against Rushden and Higham that takes place each year.
