At Wellingborough RFC we currently run four senior teams with the club’s first team competing in Midlands One East. The club is open to any new player looking for a game, whether you want to play in the club’s first team or fancy the more social side of the game.

Training
Club Senior Training takes place midweek on Tuesday and Thursdays with player meeting at 7pm and training starting at 7.15pm and finishing at 8.45pm. Club training is aimed at developing player’s readiness for match days.

Training recreates match day conditions rather than competing endless repetitive drills. Training focuses on developing the club’s style of play; keeping the ball alive and adopting a pure fifteen man approach.

Matches
Wellingborough RFC put out three senior teams on a Saturday so have matches for any level of player. All matches are on a Saturday afternoon with Kick Offs either 3pm or 2.15pm.
